Cutest Pumpkins in the Patch

Today we decided to enjoy the beautiful weather and head over to a pumpkin patch.  The girls were overwhelmed, but I'm glad we went.

We had the girls' 6 month check up this past week.  Carly weighs 15 lbs. 7 oz. (38%) and is 26.5 inches (73%) tall.  Layla weighs 15 lbs. (30%) and is 26.75 inches (82%) tall. Layla has mastered rolling over and Carly has started to try.  She gets almost all the way over and then cries until she flops back on her back.  They are both so much fun!

Baptism

We baptized the girls September 22 at Klein United Methodist Church. It was a great weekend. We asked Aaron's friend Patrick and his wife Courtney to be the girls' Godparents.  They drove down from Dallas Friday morning. We went out to eat at one of Aaron's favorite restaurants, Wings N More. Layla was very well behaved and Carly cried the whole time. It was close to bedtime and I think she was worn out. Saturday we invited some friends over and grilled out. Then Sunday was the baptism.
