Easter Weekend

Aaron had Friday and Saturday off so we drove to Bay City to spend those days with his family.

We picked up Bryce on our way.  The girls love their cousin.

We went to the park and played outside all afternoon.

 The next day the kids were excited to hunt for Easter eggs.  Nana got them all umbrellas for Easter and they used them as baskets to pick up eggs.

 Aunt Ariel brought some cascarones (confetti filled eggs).

Layla and Bryce liked them.

Carly did NOT want anything on her head, but she was happy to dump confetti on other people's heads.

                                          We also celebrated Grandpa (Ito)'s 88th birthday!

We drove back to Houston Saturday afternoon.  What a fun trip!

This morning we went to church and came home to find some Easter baskets!

Aaron had to go to work this afternoon, so the girls and I spent the day playing with bubbles.

Potty Training

We started potty training awhile back and it became obvious that Carly was ready and Layla was not.  So, we started focusing on Carly.

The past few weeks she has worn underwear and done great!  She even wakes up from nap and night time dry.  Good job Carly!
