Texas Bowl Game

The University of Texas played in a bowl game last night in the Houston Texans' stadium.  Aaron and I went with his cousin and some friends.  His parents bought us matching UT pullovers because it was going to be cold! That is the only reason I am wearing it.  (I still love my Cyclones.) 

The game wasn't very good for the Longhorns, but we had a good time out of the house. Thanks Nana and Popo for babysitting!

Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and the day after

Aaron had to work Christmas Eve, so the girls and I drove to Bay City after lunch to hang out with Nana, Popo, Ariel, Bryce, Uncle Joe, and Abuelito.  Aaron met us after work.  We had a nice dinner and then the kids got to play.  The girls love their cousin.

That night the kids opened one present, matching pajamas!

Bryce wrote a letter to Santa and left out a cookie, milk, and snacks for the reindeer.

The next morning, the kids were excited to see what Santa left and we have fun opening presents.

Aaron drove home and we followed him later Christmas day. Such a fun time!

The next morning, the girls opened presents from Iowa and had so much fun playing with their new toys.

First Day of Winter Vacation

The girls and I had a fun filled day today to kick off our two week winter vacation! I took a lot of pictures.

Aaron had to work on Thanksgiving, so the girls and I headed over to Ariel's house and spent the day with her, Bryce, Nana, Popo, and Abuelito. Aaron joined us after work.

It was such a nice day today, the girls spent a lot of time outside.

Halloween Weekend

Today was beautiful outside!  The girls and I went for a walk/ride in the wagon and then played outside for awhile this afternoon.

We stopped to get the mail while on our walk.  One of the things we got was a Toys R Us catalog.  The girls were very interested in it.
